Spot Treatment for Troubled Skin

If you have acne, blemishes, or other troubled skin, you can apply Manuka essential oil directly to the affected area. Dilute 1 part Manuka oil to 10 parts carrier oil (i.e., 1 drop of product to 10ml almond or jojoba oil) for sensitive skin. Always patch test before applying to any troubled skin.

 

Use in a Bath

Add 10 drops of Manuka essential oil into an emulsifier solution such as a neutral shampoo, neutral bath foam, or neutral bath oil to enjoy the relaxing and calming effects of this essential oil.

 

Use in a Steam Bath

To use Manuka essential oil in a steam bath, add a maximum of 5 drops to the water. This can help to open your pores and purify your skin.

 

Antibacterial / Antimicrobial Spray Solution

Mix 10 drops of Manuka essential oil with 100ml of water to make a natural antibacterial and antimicrobial spray solution for your skin.
